Job Overview: IQVIA, a global leader in healthcare analytics and clinical research, is seeking a talented and experienced Senior Data Mining and Business Intelligence (BI) Solutions Consultant and Analyst. This role is pivotal in driving data-driven decision-making processes within the healthcare sector, utilizing sophisticated tools like IBM SPSS Modeler and R for data analytics and predictive modelling.

Key Responsibilities:

As a vital member of our team, you will be responsible for:

• Data Mining and Analytics: Employ advanced analytical techniques such as clustering, association, and predictive modelling to provide insights for consulting projects.
• BI Solution Development: Lead the consulting, development, and implementation of Dashboarding applications across multiple BI platforms including Qlikview, Qlik Sense, Power BI, and Tableau.
• BI Project Management: Oversee project requirements and timelines while delivering a structured plan tailored to client business and BI needs.
• Visualization and Presentation: Utilize your expertise in visualizations to present analytical outcomes effectively through dashboards and presentations.
• Software Administration: Manage and administer BI tools such as QlikView, Qlik Sense Server, and Power BI, ensuring optimal performance and upgrades.
• Innovation and Development: Lead ad-hoc development projects aimed at enhancing business efficiencies and fulfilling unique client requests.

Qualifications and Requirements:

To excel in this role, you should have:

• At least 5 years of experience in data science or business intelligence, with a strong proficiency in Qlik products.
• A Bachelor’s degree in Business, Data Science, or a related field; advanced degrees preferred.
• Expertise in IBM SPSS Modeler, R, and SQL, coupled with strong skills in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets.
• A proven track record in BI consulting and development, preferably within the pharmaceutical sector.
• Outstanding communication skills and the ability to work effectively across different functional teams.
• Passion for analytics, keen attention to detail, and a methodical approach to problem-solving.
