About the Role

We are seeking a passionate Data Scientist/Sr. Data Scientist for Marketing Analytics to enhance our marketing strategies through data-driven insights and to empower our team to lead successful marketing initiatives across diverse regions. This pivotal role involves analyzing marketing effectiveness, optimizing investments, and promoting a culture of innovation and evidence-based decision making.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Analyze the impacts of performance and brand marketing strategies.
  • Create insightful reports and dashboards monitoring essential marketing KPIs.
  • Champion a culture of testing, learning, and iterating through detailed A/B testing and analysis.
  • Conduct in-depth analysis into marketing drivers, providing actionable insights for optimization.
  • Proactively identify opportunities for marketing automation and enhanced data utilization to drive revenue.

Qualifications:

  • Advanced degree (MS) in Math, Statistics, or a related quantitative field.
  • Minimum of 3 years' experience in performance and growth marketing within the consumer internet space or similar high-growth environments.
  • Expertise in data analysis, visualization, and targeted communication.
  • Demonstrated ability with Tableau or similar BI tools; SQL proficiency is essential.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to engage effectively with multiple stakeholders in a fast-paced startup environment.

Compensation

The salary range for this full-time role is $95,000 - $145,000, with potential for discretionary bonuses and incentives. Our salary scales are regularly reviewed to ensure competitiveness across our locations, reflecting a blend of experience, skills, and job location specifics.
