JR57713 - DEG Analytics ML/Data Engineer

We're seeking a dedicated Product Engineer for our DRAM Engineering Group (DEG) Analytics team. In this role, you will support the team’s mission by developing advanced analysis tools, methods, and metrics to streamline and clarify decision-making processes across DEG. Our team supports various DEG teams, including Product, Design-for-Test, Validation, and more, working towards company-wide goals such as quality and yield improvements, reduced time-to-market, and cost reductions. We support all DRAM and Emerging technologies, including DRAM in Sustaining Mode and Development Chips.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, deploy, and maintain new tools to aid DEG teams in data extraction, analysis, visualization, alerts, and reporting.
• Maintain existing tools with continuous user-training, support, debugging, and feature enhancements.
• Serve as a primary point-of-contact for Micron data systems and infrastructure throughout DEG.
• Offer documentation, training, and ad-hoc support for data and analysis tools to DEG users.
• Assist teams in rapidly evaluating inventory, yield, quality, and reliability to create forward-looking performance forecasts.
• Support the custom data extraction needs of Technology & Product Group (TPG) Data Science partners.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of Micron products and customer platforms.
• Design and develop new tools and KPIs to pioneer our leadership and innovation in the industry.
• Work independently towards established goals, making proactive engineering decisions as needed.
