What You'll Be Doing

As an AI Expert, you will:

• Identify, design, and implement AI and Generative AI use cases, from Proof of Concept to Production.
• Develop AI/ML models to solve tangible business challenges, encompassing both Data Science exploration and model productization phases.
• Oversee the entire lifecycle of AI projects, including research, design, programming, testing, and maintenance.
• Create MLOps frameworks and ensure robust CI/CD pipelines are in place.
• Stay updated with the latest AI trends and technologies and provide insightful recommendations for applications.
• Fine-tune Large Language Models (LLMs) to fit specific company data use cases.
• Efficiently implement LLM models in production environments.

Skills Required for the Job

To excel in this role, you should have:

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, engineering, or related technical fields.
• 10 years of experience in designing, implementing, and maintaining AI models and algorithms.
• Strong understanding of LLMs and fine-tuning methodologies like LoRA and QLoRA.
• Background in parallel/distributed computing, performance profiling, and memory optimization.
• Proficient programming skills in Python and SQL.
• Experience with CI/CD and MLOps frameworks (e.g., Jenkins, GitHub Actions, MLFlow).
• Familiarity with Docker & Kubernetes, and Linux environments.
• Knowledge of AI Cloud platforms, such as AWS Bedrock.
• Experience in developing conversational bots.
