Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and strategic Director of Enterprise Data Architecture to join our IT - Application Development team. This pivotal role focuses on enhancing our Client Experience Office (CXO) by unifying the client journey across various business units nationally.

What Will You Do?

As a Director, you will:

• Take charge of the client-oriented data domain from both a conceptual and architectural standpoint.
• Lead solution integration for data and analytical products across the CXO ecosystem.
• Develop data architecture strategies, create design patterns, and lead technology proofs of concept and pilots.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement sophisticated data architecture solutions on cloud platforms like AWS, supporting innovative marketing and analytics needs.

What Do You Need to Succeed?

To be successful in this role, you should have:

• At least 10 years of experience in data service design and architecture, with a minimum of 2 years in AWS cloud-based data architectures.
• Expertise in MDM (Master Data Management), RDM, and data modeling techniques.
• Experience in leading data architecture for external customer data analytics.
• A background in financial services, particularly in insurance, is an asset but not mandatory.
