About the Role

This hybrid position is based in São Paulo-SP, includes a 40-hour work week, and offers a CLT (Consolidação das Leis do Trabalho) contract.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop simple and efficient technical solutions based on prioritized product backlog and quality standards.
  • Assess technical and operational feasibility by evaluating problem definition, requirements, and analysis.
  • Ensure product quality by applying agile development practices (refactoring, code review, clean code, continuous integration, continuous deployment, continuous testing, unit tests, etc.).
  • Troubleshoot, debug, and upgrade existing software.
  • Conduct necessary testing to ensure product quality.
  • Provide recommendations for continuous improvement while consistently applying best practices.

Desired Skills and Experience:

  • Experience with Azure Data Factory and Azure Databricks.
  • Proficiency in batch and streaming data processing.
  • Hands-on expertise in PySpark, Python, and Kedro.
  • Experience in on-premises environments (Cloudera).
  • Proficient with PL/SQL databases (queries and query crafting).
  • Experience in orchestration tools (e.g., Control-M).
  • Strong skills in Git, and familiarity with DevOps and Agile methodologies.
