About the Role:

As an Engineering Manager for Machine Learning, you will lead a dynamic team of software engineers in developing cutting-edge machine learning models and technologies. This role offers the flexibility of telecommuting from anywhere in the US with manager approval.

Key Responsibilities:

• Guide the engineering team's workflow, establish development priorities, and set execution timelines.
• Strategize on project development to align technology solutions with business needs.
• Develop robust machine learning infrastructure to seamlessly integrate upstream data with models.
• Ensure the deployment of secure and efficient software applications for our digital platforms.

Qualifications:

Your Background:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, IT, Information Systems, or a related STEM field.
• At least 5 years of progressive experience in machine learning and data systems.
• Proven experience in developing technical documentations, managing experimental and interactive workflows, and collaborating with cross-functional teams.
• Expertise in Apache Flink, Hadoop, Hive, Kafka, Spark, SQL and more.

Compensation Details:
