Job Responsibilities

As our Engineering Student, you will:

  • Join teams designing analog, digital, or power electronic systems.
  • Participate in PCB design activities such as drawing or schematic development, bill of material management, electronic circuit analysis, test procedure development, mass, performance, and power budgets.
  • Support laboratory activities such as prototyping, characterization, integration testing, and reporting.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives such as tool and business process development.
  • Develop test plans and automation through scripting and programming.
  • Be closely mentored and attend project status meetings.

Required Experience and Skills

  • Completion of five semesters towards a Bachelor's Degree in electrical engineering by the start of the internship.
  • Dynamic and eager to learn.
  • Shows initiative.

Desirable Skills

  • Experience with Matlab, Python, C/C++, PSPICE, Siemens Mentor Graphics, or other PCB design software.
  • Experience in PCB design and testing electronics.
  • Proficiency in Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
  • Proven academic performance.
  • Knowledge of French and English.

Special Considerations

Successful candidates must obtain and hold security clearance at the reliability status level and pass security assessment for the Controlled Goods Program (CGP) and ITAR.
