Requirements and Qualifications

  • 2 to 4 years of experience
  • Primary skills: UNIX, database concepts (Greenplum, SQL Server, Oracle), INFORMATICA ETL, SQL DB development
  • Secondary skills: Jenkins, GitHub
  • Strong knowledge of SQL complex queries and RDBMS like Oracle or SQL Server
  • Experience in shell scripting language Unix or Linux
  • Understanding of Data warehouse ETL concepts
  • Proficiency in writing PL SQL stored procedures and functions

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Senior SQL/ETL Developer role
  • DataStage ETL Developer with strong DataStage SQL programming and Unix Scripting
  • Develop batch jobs/workflows using Informatica Power Center
  • Work as a Developer as part of an Agile team
  • Perform unit testing and provide application support
  • Develop Unix scripts as per project requirements
  • Resolve all data batch job-related issues
  • Contribute to story refinement and requirement definitions
  • Participate in work estimation for story/requirement delivery lifecycle
  • Execute automated test suites (integration, regression, performance) and manage results
  • Document and communicate necessary information for deployment, maintenance, and support
  • Adhere to team delivery and release processes

Qualifications

B. Tech degree

Nice to have: Experience in Cloud-based systems

11 AM to 8 PM IST
