Job Description:

At Business Support GK, we are committed to establishing transparency in business processes, from senior management reports to controlling custom orders. As advisors, controllers, and supporters, we harness our comprehensive process and data knowledge to significantly enhance service quality and boost business efficiency. We perform unique analyses, accompany projects, and are reliable partners in daily operational queries, monitoring production processes and migration projects from an E2E perspective.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop tabular models
• Data preparation (if necessary): Clean data, remove outliers, fill missing values, and convert data into the appropriate format for the model.
• Feature engineering: Extract or create relevant features from data to better utilize the model.
• Model building: Construct tabular models.
• Model validation: Evaluate the performance of the model on a separate validation dataset.
• Optimization and fine-tuning (if necessary) to enhance performance.
• Deployment and monitoring: Operational implementation.

Skills and Qualifications:

• Programming Languages: SQL, PowerBI, Python (optional).
• Strong analytical mindset and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
• Ability to work independently.
• Fluent in German.
