Job Overview

As a Finance and Data Analyst in our property management team, you'll play a crucial role in lease management, focusing on the analysis and reporting for retail leases across Triton AI's extensive portfolio. This opportunity is ideal for someone with a keen interest in real estate or property management and substantial experience in financial data analysis.

Key Responsibilities

You will handle a variety of finance-related functions including:

• Maintenance of rent roll and tenancy detail files.
• Analysis of tenant sales performance, categorizing sales by trade and evaluating top contributors.
• Preparation of ACG and Board reports.
• Weekly forecasting reports.
• Monthly compiling and reporting of various metrics.
• Monthly analysis of rental, sales, and occupancy costs.
• Comparison of actual sales against forecasts and budgets.
• Analysis of the Fitting out Period's impact on Gross Turnover (GTO) and GTO rent.
• Provision of ad-hoc analysis and reports as required.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

• A degree in Estate Management, Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Exceptional team collaboration skills, creativity, attention to detail, and superb interpersonal and presentation capabilities.
• The ability to work independently in a dynamic, fast-paced environment with minimal supervision.
• Advanced proficiency in MS Excel and financial modelling.
• A proactive approach, a thirst for knowledge, a positive attitude, and the ability to multitask effectively.
