About the Job

As the Finance Data Analytics Functional Lead, you will play a crucial role in transforming our finance systems. You will evaluate the current finance landscape, assess changes from the Consumer Healthcare (CHC) business integration, and define future architecture. Your expertise in SAP, SAP BW, TM1, Snowflake, and Power BI will be instrumental in delivering effective CHC solutions. Responsibilities include defining scope, estimating project work, leading teams, managing execution, and ensuring seamless project coordination.

Main Responsibilities

• Assessing the current finance landscape.
• Evaluating existing systems and organizational changes.
• Designing scalable and efficient future architecture utilizing SAP, SAP BW, TM1, Snowflake, and Power BI.
• Estimating project efforts and leading cross-functional teams.
• Monitoring project progress and managing dependencies.
• Driving transformative change in finance through cutting-edge technologies and strategic insights.
• Ensuring effective communication with stakeholders.

About You

Experience / Skills

• Strong background in SAP Finance reporting with proficiency in S/4 HANA and ECC.
• Experience in profitability analysis modules is highly recommended.
• Experience in a consumer healthcare company or FMCG is a strong plus.
• Advanced technical skills in SAP BW, including data modeling, ETL processes.
• Experience in financial consolidation from multiple SAP data sources.
• Proficiency in SQL for data manipulation, querying, and analysis.
• Expertise in Snowflake for modern data warehousing and analytics.
• Proficiency in Power BI for creating interactive dashboards and reports.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Education

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.

Languages

Strong English skills both written and spoken. Spanish and/or French are a plus.
