Role Overview

As a Finance Data Analyst, you will play a pivotal role in enhancing our operational efficiency. Your main tasks include automating processes, auditing financial data, and optimizing billing procedures. You will also support our dynamic sales team by analyzing data for crafting competitive proposals and ensuring strategic pricing models.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze data from various external invoices (CSV, Excel, PDF) to assist in competitive rate offerings.
• Utilize tools like Power BI or Power Query to automate data retrieval and process analysis. atorium weekly financial audits to ensure the accuracy and integrity of our billing.
• Engage in financial analyses and generate detailed reports to aid management decision-making.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and external partners to ensure cohesive financial and operational strategies.

Requirements

To be successful in this position, you should have:

• Advanced Excel skills, including Power Query, Pivot Tables, and Macros.
• Experience in financial data interpretation and strategic analysis.
• Excellent communication skills and proficiency in English.
• Capability to quickly adapt to new technologies and platforms relevant to the role.

Working Conditions

Enjoy the flexibility of remote work with primary hours aligned to US EST. Full-time commitment required with competitive salary ranging from $1800 to $2400 monthly.
