International Paper, a renowned leader in the production of renewable fiber-based products, is seeking a talented Global Finance Information Management (GFIM) Reporting & Data Analytics Manager. This full-time position is based at our headquarters in Memphis, TN and offers an attractive salary range of $130,000-$155,500 annually.

About the Role

As the GFIM Reporting & Data Analytics Manager, you will lead our efforts in financial reporting and data analytics, driving the digital transformation to enhance business efficiency. You will manage a team consisting of Analytics Developers and Data Products Analysts, fostering an environment of innovation and continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Analyze and validate data from multiple sources, ensuring integrity and accuracy.
  • Develop tools and processes for efficient audit testing and continuous monitoring.
  • Collaborate with both internal and external stakeholders to tailor analytics reporting and data products.
  • Guide the lifecycle management of data products, from development to user feedback integration.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • A Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business/Data Analytics, or Information Systems.
  • A Master’s degree in Business/Data Analytics or Business Administration is preferred.
  • At least 5 years of relevant experience, preferably within financial functions or similar settings.
  • Strong capabilities in project management and leadership.
