About Our Engineering Organization

Our Engineering team consists of over 1,500 talented engineers across multiple key verticals, including Consumer Data Products, FinTech, Logistics, Pandora, Platform, Quick Commerce, Turkey Tech Hub, and Vendor Tech. Our engineers tackle a wide range of challenges, from boosting customer acquisition and retention to creating seamless vendor experiences and building robust logistics ecosystems.

Qualifications

To qualify for our program, you must:

• Have the right to live in Germany and/or hold an EU passport
• Hold (or be graduating this summer) a Bachelor’s or Master's degree in Software Engineering, Data Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field
• Have a maximum of 1.5 years of experience in similar job fields if graduated
• Coding bootcamp graduates are also eligible and do not need to meet the degree requirement
• Have a solid understanding or experience with coding in relevant languages and technologies (e.g., Python, SQL)
• Be an analytical thinker and strong problem solver
• Have good communication and collaboration skills
• Be business fluent in English
• Be excited about working in a fast-paced, agile company

Technical Skills We Look For:

• Machine Learning: Proficiency in Python or its scientific stack (pandas, scikit-learn, XGBoost)
• Best practices in software engineering
• Good knowledge of SQL
• Curiosity in learning and trying out new technologies
