About the Position

We are currently embarking on a significant enhancement of our Data & Analytics capabilities within the Finance function and require an experienced leader to spearhead this initiative. The role of the Head of Data Delivery for COG Finance involves overseeing the full spectrum of data delivery, managing teams, and formulating a comprehensive data strategy that aligns with Chubb's long-term goals. You will act as a key driver in supporting business decisions and fostering an environment of continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and implement a data roadmap in collaboration with COG Finance and Technology teams.
- Lead strategic data collection, analysis, and visualization to provide actionable insights.
- Innovate with new data-driven approaches for enhancing business foresight and proactive management.
- Manage team dynamics, ensuring delivery of objectives, and fostering a culture of growth and continuous improvement.
- Build and maintain robust partnerships across functions to enhance data-driven decision-making capabilities.
- Ensure program success through effective risk management, stakeholder communication, and robust governance processes.

Required Qualifications

- Over 13 years of experience in data delivery and leadership roles, preferably within the insurance or financial domains.
- Proficiency in modern data platforms and technologies such as Snowflake, Databricks, and DataIku.
- Strong background in managing large transformational data projects with proven strategic, leadership and execution skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively, influence decisions, and drive outcomes across business and technology domains.
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent hands-on experience.
