What You’ll Be Doing

• Provide strategic leadership to Machine Learning teams, fostering innovation and continuous improvement.
• Drive the design, development, and deployment of cutting-edge generative models and AI solutions.
• Ensure best practices in data management, model training, validation, and deployment.
• Collaborate with executives and stakeholders to steer AI initiatives, with a focus on generative AI.
• Recruit, onboard, and mentor top talent to build a high-performing AI team.
• Communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders, driving business value.
• Act as a key contact for stakeholders, providing updates on project status and managing expectations.

Who We’re Looking For

• Ph.D. or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Machine Learning, Data Science, or related field.
• 10+ years of experience in Machine Learning with 5+ years in leadership roles.
• Proven track record of leading high-performing ML teams and delivering complex AI solutions.
• Strong expertise in natural language processing and large language models.
• Excellent communication skills, able to explain technical concepts to various audiences.
• Deep understanding of machine learning algorithms, neural networks, and NLP.
• Experience with generative AI projects from inception to deployment.
• Proactive problem-solving skills and strategic thinking in a fast-paced environment.
