About the Job

Your primary responsibility will be to define, conduct, and document experiments to test new features and frameworks for our conversational AI solutions. The Ideal Candidate Possesses:

• Experience in designing, conducting, and analyzing generative AI experiments, particularly in dialogue generation and response coherence.
• An agile mindset focused on continuous delivery and iteration for improving chatbot functionalities through rapid prototyping.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams and explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.

In-depth Knowledge and Experience in One or More of the Following:

• Expertise in building and querying knowledge graphs to power informative responses (experience with Neo4j is a plus).
• Strong understanding of combining retrieval-augmented generation techniques with generative models for natural and coherent dialog flows.
• Familiarity with multi-agent systems and a strong interest in applying them to collaborative chatbot development.
• Expertise in applying reinforcement learning techniques based on human feedback to optimize chatbot performance.
• Knowledge of evaluating RAG chatbots' effectiveness, including metrics for retrieval accuracy, response coherence, and factual correctness.
