Position Overview

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Financial Analyst Manager to join our dynamic team. In this crucial role, you'll analyze complex financial data, provide actionable insights, and collaborate with key stakeholders to drive strategic decision-making. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of US GAAP, exceptional analytical skills, and excellent communication abilities. Job Responsibilities

• Collaborate with finance teams, department heads, and senior management to understand financial needs and provide tailored insights.
• Prepare monthly financial reporting packages and analyze variances to the budget.
• Assist in preparing rolling forecasts and cash forecasts, identifying material changes from prior forecasts.
• Prepare monthly margin analysis reports, reconciling to reported financials.
• Maintain the Prophix tool for forecasting, budgeting, and financial reporting, ensuring complete and up-to-date information.
• Collaborate on the preparation of the annual budget with key client and service line stakeholders.
• Work closely with the M&A Manager to prepare underwriting forecasts and sensitivity analyses.
• Support the due diligence process by interacting with targets, internal teams, and third-party vendors.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in dissecting and interpreting large volumes of data to produce insightful financial reports.
• Strong understanding of US GAAP.
• Ability to develop robust and dynamic financial models and analyses.
• Experience with Prophix is a plus.
• Adaptability to work in fast-paced environments.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Experience with M&A transactions and document preparation.

Language Requirements

Excellent written and verbal English for clear and effective communication is a must!

Experience Requirements
