Role Overview

Triple Whale is looking for a creative and adaptive Product Designer responsible for the user experience (UX) and user interface (UI) design of our digital products and assets. Ideal candidates will focus on optimizing user experience for simplicity, intuitiveness, and aesthetic appeal.

Responsibilities

• Become a subject matter expert in your work stream.
• Collaborate with Product Managers, Design Enablers, and Engineering Leads to validate design decisions.
• Lead design processes using user flows, low-fidelity wireframes, high-fidelity mockups, prototypes, etc.
• Improve user interfaces and experiences within Triple Whale.
• Conduct research projects (e.g., usability tests, surveys, interviews) to enhance customer and business outcomes.
• Contribute to building a high-performing, product-led organization.
• Participate in design iterations to ensure the highest value solution delivery.
• Build scalable design systems across the company.
• Communicate and collaborate effectively with team members throughout the company.
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices, especially in AI product design.

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of experience in product design or equivalent.
• Experience with modern design tools (e.g., Adobe, Figma).
• Ability to cultivate a learning environment through design and UI/UX.
• Comfortable working in a highly agile, iterative software development process.
• Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript is highly desired.
• Understanding of best practices in E-Commerce, Marketing, and Online Media Buying.
• Experience in designing data-rich interfaces.
• Experience in validating minimum viable products (MVPs) with customers is highly desired.
• Applications without a cover letter and portfolio will not be considered.
