Job Description

At Bosch Sensortec's headquarters, our team successfully leads the development of cutting-edge Mixed-Signal ICs, enabling new features for our clientele. We are currently seeking an experienced data scientist to join our team. Your main responsibility will be designing and automating test/simulation data analysis and reporting. The perfect candidate will have a strong background in computer science and data modeling.

  • Formulate strategies to standardize and effectively integrate data from various sources
  • Utilize machine learning algorithms to uncover patterns and anomalies in IC performance
  • Build a standardized framework for characterization reports based on the assembled data
  • Continually refine existing data analysis and automation methodologies
  • Engage closely with teams of analog designers, digital designers, verification engineers, and test engineers to comprehend their needs and retune data solutions accordingly

Qualifications

  • Personality: High level of enthusiasm, inventiveness, and openness to working in international and multidisciplinary teams in a fast-paced setting.
  • Working Practice: Robust problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently and collaboratively
  • Experience: Demonstrated experience in data science, machine learning, or big-data analysis; Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, R, or MATLAB for data analysis; Familiarity with data visualization tools like Tableau or Spotfire; Knowledge in IC design, semiconductor physics, and testing methodologies
  • Languages: Proficiency in English and advanced German language skills
  • Education: A Master's or Ph.D. in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, a related field, or an equivalent qualification
