Role Overview: Business Analyst – Financial, Risk Management, or Data Management

We are seeking three skilled Business Analysts for an integral project aimed at enhancing our EU platform operations from our bustling Amsterdam office. This role revolves around supporting the delivery of systems and process design, ensuring flawless integration and functionality.

Key Job Responsibilities

• Detailing functional requirements based on prior assessments and ensuring they align with business goals.
• Collaborating with stakeholders from various sectors, including EMEA, MBE, and HO, to strategize and implement solutions effectively.
• Mapping out processes to system applications to ensure feasibility and detailed cost estimation.
• Ensuring robust documentation and maintaining traceability from requirements through to deliverables.

Desired Skills and Qualifications

• Proven experience (5-10 years) in Finance, Risk Management, Data Management, or Regulatory Reporting.
• Ideal candidates will hold certifications such as ISEB Business Analyst, Prince II, or have familiarity with SCRUM/Agile methodologies.
• Excellent stakeholder engagement abilities and superior communication skills in English.
• Skilled in SQL and adept at navigating complex project requirements under tight deadlines.
