Join Our Team as an ISR Data Architect at ITS, LLC.
Job Summary:
ITS, LLC. is on the hunt for an enthusiastic ISR Data Architect to provide essential support to our HQ ACC/A29 lead client. This role involves a strategic blend of codification and clarification of ACC policies, covering a broad scope including Data and Object Governance, Object Management Systems, and Data/Object Integration. Enhance our management processes, standards, architectures, ontologies, semantics, formats, and enterprise services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Capture current ACC/A22 integration and implementation objectives to fund an Object Management System (OMS).
- Foster information exchange sessions with both internal and external stakeholders to define requirements for an ISR Enterprise Data Catalog.
- Develop and present a Recommendation Report on mission/business process improvements, annual data governance, and Object Management System courses of action.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Prior experience in Joint operational planning (preferred, not required).
- Familiarity with the Intelligence Community, especially within the Federal sector.
- Understanding of interoperability and integration issues across different classification domains and systems.
- Basic knowledge in coordinating cross-MAJCOM and Sister-Service collaboration for exercise planning and execution.
- Staff level/Service HQ equivalency experience.
- Proven capabilities in strategic planning, event/conference planning, and strong organizational and communication skills.
- Analytical skills to support stakeholders in developing Courses of Action (COAs) based on current state analysis.
- Proficiency in operational change management, with the ability to provide detailed updates on progress, milestones, and potential risks.
- Excellent stakeholder engagement and strategic communication skills, tailored for a military audience.
Education and Experience:
- High School Diploma is mandatory.
- Bachelor’s degree is preferred.
- At least 5 years of relevant experience.
Clearance Requirement:
Must have an active TS/SCI clearance.
