Your Role

As a Junior Data Scientist at Capgemini, you will:

• Develop and implement AI models and algorithms to tackle complex business issues.
• Assist in data collection, cleaning, and preprocessing to support thorough analyses.
• Work alongside senior team members to develop reliable statistical models and machine learning algorithms.
• Perform exploratory data analysis to identify trends and provide insights.
• Advance your skills with the latest data science techniques and tools.
• Contribute to the deployment and monitoring of predictive models.
• Communicate findings effectively to technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Your Profile

Ideal candidates will have:

• A strong educational background in Engineering, Data & AI, or Computer Sciences.
• Proficiency in Python (Pandas), SQL, and frameworks like Pyspark.
• A good grasp of machine learning, statistical analysis, and, ideally, Time Series Analysis.
• Skills in data visualization tools such as Seaborn, Matplotlib, Plotly, and Qlik Sense.
• Experience with cloud platforms, especially AWS (Sagemaker/EMR is a plus).
• Exceptional communication skills in English and the ability to work effectively in team settings.
• An analytical mindset with robust problem-solving skills.
