The Role:

As a Lead AI/ML Engineer at FactSet, you will spearhead projects within our cutting-edge Machine Learning department, focusing on Natural Language Processing and AI project initiatives. Your leadership will drive the development of our AI-driven chatbot solutions, enhancing the effectiveness and usability of Fact’Set’s rich content and sophisticated capabilities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead Machine Learning and NLP Projects: Enhance client experience through automation and innovation while driving cost savings.
• Maintain ML/NLP Programs: Ensure all machine learning applications operate flawlessly to support client needs and address any issues promptly.
• Research and Development: Continuously optimize existing models and devise new solutions that advance our technology’s effectiveness.
• Stakeholder Communication: Maintain transparency with business stakeholders about project status and expected timelines.
• Team Leadership: Conduct regular project meetings, foster a productive environment, and mentor junior machine learning engineers.

Minimum Requirements:

• At least 7 years of professional software engineering experience.
• 3-5 years of experience managing or leading a team of engineers.
• Extensive expertise in cloud architecture, particularly with AWS services.
• Deep understanding of Natural Language Processing, Machine Learning, and AI technologies.
• Proficiency in Python, Docker, and API developments.
