Job Description

In this role, I am accountable to:
- Adhere to Tesco's Business Code of Conduct and always act with integrity and due diligence
- Engage with markets to decipher problems to be solved; translating business issues into analytics problems; taking responsibility for certain analytical modules; guiding the team to solve them, and explaining the solutions back to decision-makers in understandable business terms
- Execute analytics projects resulting in disproportionately high value delivery
- Create analytical assets that are utilized in a production environment and deliver value over extended periods
- Drive efficiency gains by automating repetitive tasks; report construction or dashboard updates
- Collaborate and direct colleagues to design, implement, and evaluate analytical solutions
- Be responsible for the high quality and timely completion of assigned work deliverables
- Write well-detailed, structured, and computationally efficient codes
- Contribute to the development of knowledge assets and reusable modules on GitHub/Wiki
- Instigate a CI culture; implement CI projects and foster innovation within the team
- Utilize Process Mapping Tools and Techniques, solve problems and undertake process coaching

Qualifications

Advanced Logical Reasoning, Excel & Statistical Concepts
Advanced SQL, Hive, Python,Tableau, R shiny, Basic Statistical Concepts - Central Measures of data; Linear & Logistics regression
