The Role

As a Lead Azure Data Engineer, your responsibilities will include:

• Developing and managing high-quality, secure, and maintainable code in both agile and waterfall environments.
• Analyzing and modeling data to improve process flows, reporting, and data visualization.
• Creating and maintaining ETL processes using tools like SSIS, Azure Data Factory (ADF), and Databricks.
• Designing data schemas for Master Data management and delivering detailed reports.
• Providing regular updates on project progress and identifying opportunities for process enhancements.

What You’ll Bring

Your skills and experience should include:

• Proven expertise in Data Warehousing and ETL processes.
• Strong familiarity with Azure cloud technologies (Data Factory, Data Bricks, Data Lake Storage, Synapse Analytics).
• Ability to manage both structured and semi-structured datasets (JSON, XML).
• Advanced skills in SQL query writing and experience with programming in Python, SQL Server, Oracle, or MySQL.
