We are seeking a proficient Lead Data Architect to join our dedicated team at Airbus India Private Limited. This role is perfect for someone with a deep understanding of data architecture and a keen interest in enhancing operational performance within the digital domain.

Job Description:

As a Lead Data Architect, you will be responsible for maintaining a coherent Data Architecture across various Data Domains, aligning with integration and data governance standards. Your primary location will be in India, working closely with our team in France to design top-level structures of Data Architecture and establish robust technology and data governance frameworks.

Main Accountabilities:

Data Architecture: You'll ensure consistent data architecture across all applications, oversee data storage, flow, and access, and make key decisions regarding IT-related Data Governance.

Data Management: Your role involves extracting and integrating data, collaborating with Data Product teams, ensuring data compliance, and interfacing between various functions to implement effective data solutions.

Operational Performance: Expect to work closely within the Data Architecture team and support incident analysis to minimize business impact, ensuring business continuity.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and implement effective data structures and governance.
• Guide the development of solutions for data-related business needs.
• Ensure compliance with data regulation standards like GDPR.

Required Skills and Experience:

• A Master’s degree in software development, architecture, or analytics.
• At least 5 years of experience in the data domain.
• Strong knowledge of databases (e.g., SAP/HANA, PostgreSQL), data analysis, BI analysis, and data modeling tools.
• Experience with data platforms like AWS, Palantir, and Solace is beneficial.
• Excellent communication skills, a team-oriented mindset, and a service-driven approach.

Being familiar with Airbus Skywise Analytics Platforms will be considered an advantage.
