Job Description

Are you a seasoned Lead Data Scientist with a passion for pushing the boundaries of Data Science & AI? With over 8 years of experience in the field, you could be the perfect fit for our team. We need someone with the expertise to drive projects, innovate, and lead with clarity and vision.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver advanced Data Science & AI projects, while effectively setting client expectations and designing cutting-edge solutions.
• Guide and mentor team members on project implementation and strategy.
• Develop new capabilities in optimization, lead the development of POCs, and create accelerators that advance our technological edge.
• Contribute to business development by presenting our capabilities to clients and converting pitches into projects.
• Translate complex business requirements into clear analytics problem statements and define KPIs to enhance business metrics.
• Demonstrate a profound understanding of statistical modeling, predictive modeling, forecasting, computer vision, NLP, and other core areas.
• Lead multiple project teams, develop solutions, and build competency within the organization.

Qualifications

• Expert-level knowledge in contemporary Data Science & AI topics including Customer Churn, Predictive Maintenance, Sentiment Analysis, Object Detection, LLMs, Forecasting, Reinforcement learning, MLOps, Neural Nets, and more.
• Proven experience with cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, and GCP, particularly in building and deploying AI-ML solutions.
• Hands-on experience with Python, APIs, SQL, and solution integration.
• Strong capability in applying statistical techniques, data visualization, and analytics to extract insights and support decision-making.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to delve deep into requirements to devise impactful solutions.
• Fluency in English and exceptional communication skills.
