As the Lead Data Scientist at Athinia, you will:

• Shape the foundation of our data-driven product offerings and manage data science projects for our clients in the semiconductor industry.
• Conceptualize, design, and execute innovative data science solutions that lie at the core of Athinia's value proposition.
• Mentor junior data scientists and foster a culture of continuous learning and innovation.
• Communicate complex data findings clearly and effectively to various stakeholders.
• Stay updated with the latest trends and advancements in data science and the semiconductor industry.

Who You Are:

To thrive in this role, you should possess:

• A Master's or Ph.D. in Mathematics, Physics, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Five years of professional experience in the semiconductor industry, with a focus on Manufacturing, Process Engineering, or Quality.
• Exceptional skills in Machine Learning, Statistics, and Predictive Modelling, particularly for semiconductor industry applications.
• Proven ability to explore unknown datasets and uncover insightful patterns and correlations.
• Comfort reporting complex analytical results to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Experience managing and leading data science projects, demonstrating strong organizational skills.
• Ability to work effectively with individuals from diverse backgrounds and cultures, and a genuine desire to share knowledge.
• Enthusiasm for mentoring and guiding team members towards success.
• Willingness to travel internationally for customer workshops and gather direct end-user insights.
