Key Responsibilities

• Design and implement AI models to tackle complex challenges in healthcare.
• Collaborate with key stakeholders to understand needs and drive forward solutions.
• Facilitate the integration and scalability of AI systems by working with Data Engineers and MLOps.
• Improve model performance through advanced tuning techniques.
• Guide junior data scientists, promoting knowledge-sharing and professional growth.
• Communicate analytical findings with clarity and impact to executive-level audiences.

Required Qualifications

• Over 5 years of hands-on experience with AI-driven application development.
• Proven expertise in machine learning, deep learning, and NLP.
• Robust skills in data preprocessing, feature engineering, and model assessment.
• Experience in building and deploying Time Series forecasting models.
• Familiarity with major cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud).

Preferred Experience

• Background in healthcare analytics.
• Understanding of data privacy issues in AI development.
• Expertise in generative AI techniques and familiarity with probabilistic programming.

Educational Credentials

Applicants should possess a Bachelor’s, Master’s, or PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Engineering, or a related field.

Compensation and Benefits

The role offers a competitive salary range from $118,450 to $236,900, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
