Your Role:

As a Lead Expert Data Engineer, you'll spearhead the implementation of Process Mining technologies to refine business processes within the Finance sector. Your daily activities will include collaborating closely with internal stakeholders, developing effective, scalable, and agile solutions, and working with IT to automate and scale data processes. You'll also provide mentorship within the team and play a crucial role in developing a cross-functional Data Governance strategy.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the development and implementation of data engineering processes for process mining.
• Design, build, and maintain robust data pipelines.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance process efficiencies through process mining insights.
• Offer technical leadership and mentorship to a team of data engineers.
• Create and manage documentation for data engineering processes and systems.

Who You Are:

• Holder of a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Engineering, or related field.
• At least 5 years of proven experience in data engineering and process mining, managing large-scale datasets, and complex data pipelines.
• Skilled in programming languages such as Python, SQL, and/or R with a solid grasp of data modeling, data warehousing, and ETL processes.
• Excellent communication and project management skills, with demonstrated ability to thrive in a team setting.
• Knowledge of process mining tools and techniques is a strong advantage.
• Proficient in English.
