What You'll Do

As a Lead Machine Learning Scientist, you will:

• Develop and implement complex signal processing pipelines and engineer robust disease models across various patient data points, from clinical trials to real-world clinical settings.
• Perform analytical and clinical validation, meticulously analyzing results and presenting findings to various stakeholders including therapeutic communities and digital medicine practitioners.
• Support the design and development of innovative sensor-based measurement solutions.
• Provide expertise in artificial intelligence and machine learning applications in biological and clinical contexts.
• Manage vendor relationships and collaborative projects focusing on machine learning and AI method development.

Required Skills

• Minimum of 8 years experience in pharmaceuticals, biotech, or related tech industries, or extensive expertise in academic or clinical research settings.
• Advanced proficiency in sensor-based signal processing and familiarity with cutting-edge analytical tools and programming languages (e.g., Python, numpy, pandas).
• Demonstrated ability to lead complex, interdisciplinary projects within software and technology implementations.

Preferred Skills

• Strong communication skills, with a proven ability to develop consensus within technology and business teams.
• Background in digital health technologies aimed at measuring disease impacts.
• Additional expertise in statistical and software engineering tools, like R, Spark, or Rust.
