Job Summary

As a Lead .NET Developer with SQL and ETL expertise, you'll play a crucial role in our mission by leveraging technology to make significant healthcare improvements. This hybrid position based in Northern California offers the chance to blend remote work with critical on-site engagement in our Roseville, CA office. Your expertise will further our quest to deliver high-impact solutions that improve lives.

Your Role and Responsibilities

Your responsibility will involve leading development streams that span server, client, and web applications, and ensuring the integration and functionality align with client expectations:

• Design, develop, test, and deploy complex application software.
• Enhance connections between application architects and developers to meet precise design requirements and deliver strong ROI.
• Create comprehensive technical documentation for complex design and coding.
• Guide application and domain design, web service, and database best practices.
• Act as a technical consultant to senior management on key projects.

Ideal Candidate

We are searching for candidates with:

• Over 5 years of experience in .NET C# development and SQL query development.
• At least 3 years of experience in Configuration Management with a preference for Azure Dev Ops.
• Strong expertise in ETL processing, particularly with IBM Datastage, and familiarity with SAP Business Object Reporting or SSRS.
• Excellent problem-solving abilities and a proactive work ethic.

What You Can Expect

This hybrid role requires residence in Northern California with the flexibility to work from home and the necessity to be onsite at our Roseville office 1-2 days each week. A flexible work schedule is essential to accommodate business needs along with some required travel.

Compensation and Benefits

The salary range for this role is $74,300.00 - $106,100.00 per year, complemented by a comprehensive benefits package including flexible vacations, a 401(k) match, health benefits, and educational assistance, among others.
