Roles and Responsibilities

As part of the Legal & Compliance Operations and Strategy Execution Team, your responsibilities will include:

• Developing and driving the Legal & Compliance Technology and AI roadmap to enhance legal operations and compliance processes.
• Leading projects for selection, implementation, and adoption of Legal & Compliance Tech solutions including generative AI, automation, and data analytics.
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize technology needs, requirements, and opportunities.
• Providing training and support to internal stakeholders to ensure successful adoption of Legal & Compliance Tech tools and systems.
• Coordinating learnings on innovative technologies like generative AI and optimizing prompt engineering.
• Engaging with technology vendors to ensure feedback embedding and cost-effective roadmaps.
• Driving continuous improvement initiatives to enhance legal operations efficiency using technology insights.
• Staying informed about emerging Legal & Compliance Tech and AI trends to embed best practices into the technology roadmap.

Education and Experience

We are looking for an experienced professional with:

• A Bachelor or Master’s degree in Law, Business Administration, Information Technology, or related field. An advanced degree is preferred.
• 8+ years of experience in Legal/Law or Management Consulting with a focus on Legal & Compliance Technology.
• A proven track record of leading projects for the adoption of Legal & Compliance Technology.
• Strong understanding of legal and compliance processes and regulations.
• Excellent project and change management skills with the ability to manage multiple initiatives.
• Ability to act as an ambassador for tech adoption in traditionally conservative fields.
• Strong stakeholder management and effective collaboration with cross-functional teams.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
