Job Description

This is a unique and interesting opportunity for a Machine Learning / AI enthusiast. Join us and become a valuable and important part of our growing Data & AI Team in Germany. We are looking for a Machine Learning / AI Engineer (m/f/d), who will join us on our exciting journey and become part of the Hitachi Solutions family. You will work in a hybrid way, and the workplace can be chosen from among all our locations (Nuremberg/Frankfurt am Main/Braunschweig/Hamburg).

Your tasks will include:

• Development and implementation of tailored AI solutions using the Microsoft Azure AI platform
• Direct collaboration with customers to understand their business strategy, requirements and processes
• Support in business development and pre-sales engagements
• Assistance in advancing our AI capability
• Cross-functional collaboration with other Microsoft technologies, such as the Power Platform or Microsoft Dynamics and Azure in general

Qualifications

• Completed studies or comparable qualification
• Implementation experience with Microsoft Azure AI services, including Azure Open AI (Speech, Language, Vision and Decision Services)
• Experience in the design of ML and generative AI solutions using the Azure AI platform, Microsoft SDKs and the broader Microsoft AI stack
• First experiences with test strategies for LLM solutions as well as
• Knowledge of ethical and data protection-driven issues around ML / AI
• Ability to quickly adapt to technological advances and learn new AI tools and frameworks as they appear on the market
• Strong communication skills, team orientation, a good demeanor and enjoyment in dealing with people
• Excellent command of German and English, both written and spoken
• A certification in relevant AI-related technologies and Microsoft Azure services would be an advantage
