Role Overview:

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and architect cloud-based solutions for data integration from multiple systems including ERP, Oracle Analytics, and other platforms.
• Develop predictive models and analytics frameworks for project execution and monitoring, utilizing tools like AI and machine learning.
• Enhance decision-making processes regarding project management through the development of an early warning system.
• Collaborate with global teams to optimize data quality and performance dashboards.
• Lead stakeholder communications, ensuring alignment on data architecture and analytics strategies.

Shared Accountabilities:

• Work closely with key stakeholders from various departments including Global BI, Tech, and Finance to enhance data accessibility and integrity.
• Assist in the ongoing development of project performance dashboards and other BI tools across the organization.

The ideal candidate will demonstrate robust experience in data engineering and analytics with a proven track record of handling large datasets and complex analytical challenges. Key qualifications include:

• Expertise in the development of descriptive and predictive models using structured and unstructured data.
