Key Responsibilities

As a Machine Learning / Computer Vision Engineer, your responsibilities will include:

• Collaborating with stakeholders to define solution requirements, business objectives, and anticipated outcomes.
• Leading technically by researching and prototyping AI architecture, developing Machine Learning services, and enhancing our Robot Operating System utilization.
• Creating prototypes and proof of concepts to demonstrate tangible benefits.
• Communicating complex technical details and decisions to both business units and non-specialist audiences.
• Preparing and delivering detailed reports, presentations, proposals, and documentation as per project requirements.
• Working closely with engineering teams to devise optimal solutions.

Required Skills and Experience

The ideal candidate will have:

• At least 3 years of experience in Computer Vision, Machine Vision, or Deep Learning.
• Hands-on experience with synthetic data generation.
• Proficiency in Python and familiarity with major Computer Vision and Deep Learning libraries such as OpenCV, PyTorch, and Point Cloud Library.
• Excellent skills in collaboration, documentation, and reporting.
• Experience with Robot Operating System (ROS) and collaborative robots.

Preferred Qualifications

While not required, the following would enhance your candidacy:

• Experience in the EMS industry and manufacturing automation.
• Knowledge of Reinforcement Learning and Simulation Frameworks like Gazeboo or Isaac Sim.
