Role Overview

Your role as a Data Analytics Lead Software Engineer will place you at the heart of an agile team. Here, you will enhance, build, and deliver trusted data technology products that are secure, stable, and scalable. As a core technical contributor, you will be responsible for developing critical machine learning solutions across multiple technical areas, aiding various business functions.

Key Job Responsibilities

• Design and execute creative software solutions, manage design development, and tackle complex technical challenges.
• Collaborate efficiently with business stakeholders and Data Scientists to deeply analyze data and extract key insights.
• Implement best practices in machine learning, focusing particularly on anomaly detection.
• Create and implement ML applications on cloud environments such as Databricks/AWS.
• Develop end-to-end system architecture for Data Analytics applications.
• Review, debug, and develop secure, high-quality production code.
• Design and manage data pipelines optimized for analytics.
• Engage with business stakeholders to understand and meet business requirements.

Required Qualifications and Skills

• Minimum 5 years of experience with data engineering, machine learning, application development, and operational stability.
• Familiarity with Databricks Lakehouse architecture and handling high-volume relational data.
• Proficiency in creating Data Pipelines using Python libraries (PySpark, Pandas, NumPy).
• Experience with modern analytics tools (Looker, Tableau, Quick Sense).
• Strong knowledge of software development life cycles, agile methodologies, and automation in continuous delivery.
• In-depth understanding of financial services industry IT systems and practical AWS cloud experience.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in Anomaly Detection models.
• Proven track record with AI/ML application development in collaboration with Data Science teams.
• Hands-on experience with Large Language Models.
