Our team also advises on best practices in data governance, playing a pivotal role in the architecture of future-proof data management solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and execute ML Engineering tasks, overseeing all aspects from initial reviews to complex problem resolution.
• Coordinate and implement technical studies, execute designs, analyze results, and document findings effectively.
• Contribute to R&D by writing detailed requirements and specifications, influencing product, program, and system developments.
• Engage in cross-product technical discussions, developing tools and methods that refine our processes.
• Provide estimates and support resource planning, offering consulting and support to external technical interfaces.
• Facilitate knowledge sharing and training in specialized technical areas, striving for cost-effective solutions across business lines.

Professional Expertise Required:

• Proven ML Engineering background, particularly within an MLOps environment, with extensive experience in data infrastructure, data pipelines, and transformations.
• Strong proficiency in machine learning algorithms and programming, well-versed in TensorFlow, PyTorch, scikit-learn, including data preprocessing, feature engineering, and model deployment.
• Capability in handling analytics on business intelligence tools such as R, Python, Tableau, and Excel.
• Remarkable communication skills, capable of presenting complex ideas effectively via written, verbal, and visual means including PowerPoint.
• Robust academic background, minimum a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or Mathematics from a respected institution.
