Who We Are Looking For

Join our team of experts in the Chief Technology Office and contribute to the development and implementation of cutting-edge AI technologies. Based in Chicago, Boston, Vancouver, or Krakow, Poland, the successful candidate will work on projects that define the future of public safety and commercial security solutions, using domain-specific AI in Speech & Audio, Machine Translation, Natural Language Understanding, and Computer Vision.

Job Responsibilities

• Implement and optimize Machine Learning and Computer Vision algorithms in C++.
• Develop and manage Python scripts for the performance evaluations of algorithms.
• Train and assess deep learning models such as object detectors and classifiers.

Required Skills

• Advanced coursework or experience in Machine Learning, Computer Science, or Electrical Engineering.
• At least 1 year of programming experience in C++.
• Understanding of Object-Oriented design and data structures.

Preferred Skills

• Experience in developing Computer Vision and Machine Learning models.
• Proficiency in image processing techniques and algorithms.
• Strong skills in both C++ and Python.

Position Details

• Job Title: Machine Learning Engineer - 2024 Fall Co-Op
• No travel is required.
• This is an intern position with no provisions for relocation.
• Candidates should be anticipating a degree graduation by December 2024 or later.
