Job Title: Machine Learning Engineer, AI Models

Job Location: Hybrid roles available in Toronto, ON; Boston, MA; Santa Clara, CA; Austin, TX.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to derive project requirements and transform them into powerful AI-driven solutions.
  • Design and refine neural network architectures with PyTorch, targeting exceptional performance across various tasks.
  • Manage the training, validation, and optimization of machine learning models utilizing pertinent datasets to guarantee precision and resilience.
  • Diagnose and resolve model performance challenges, innovating continuously to elevate outcomes.
  • Integrate cutting-edge research and technological developments into project workflows, maintaining a competitive edge in machine learning applications.
  • Cooperate closely with engineering departments to ensure seamless integration of AI models into operational systems.

Required Experience & Qualifications:

  • A Bachelor’s or advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical expertise.
  • Robust proficiency in Python and extensive experience with PyTorch in developing and training deep learning models.
  • Proven track record in deploying neural networks across multiple platforms.
  • Fundamental understanding of both supervised and unsupervised machine learning techniques.
  • Creative problem-solving abilities, paired with a strong analytical mindset.
  • Prior experience with C++, kernel programming, and familiarity with GPU or AI-accelerator architectures will be advantageous.
  • Exceptional communication skills and a penchant for teamwork.

Compensation:

Tenstorrent offers a highly competitive salary range of $100k - $500k, encompassing both base salary and variable compensation, depending on experience, skills, education, and location. We offer a comprehensive benefits package and are committed to equal opportunity employment.
