Job Description

The role entails managing and overseeing the Bank’s operational and tactical development initiatives. This comprises the execution and implementation of application delivery programmes and projects in accordance with the Bank’s standards, policies, procedures, governance guidelines, and Service Level Agreements. The job also involves providing technical solutions to stakeholders' needs by interpreting business requirements, defining technical tasks, developing quality software, conducting end-to-end testing, as well as supporting and troubleshooting technical questions, software and database issues. Knowledge of AWS, Microsoft Azure would be a significant advantage.

Qualifications

• A Bachelor’s degree in a field requiring robust analytical and quantitative skills such as Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, Information Systems or a similar domain.

Experience

• 3 - 6 years of extensive experience in translating business and functional requirements into technical specifications and developing the programming code to create the solutions.
• Experience in Machine Learning Model Development
• Understanding of AWS, Microsoft Azure would be a significant advantage.
