Key Responsibilities

Engineering and Innovation: As part of our team, you will build and refine the infrastructure crucial for customizing open-source models. Your expertise will also drive the development of new features and functionalities for our Fine-Tuning API, guided by the latest research in AI.

Stability and Reliability: Ensuring the seamless operation of our service is paramount. You will actively participate in an on-call rotation, maintaining the 24/7 availability of our platform, and increasing the overall efficiency of our fine-tuning methods.

User Support and Documentation: Create comprehensive tooling and documentation to empower our users to succeed with the Fine-Tuning API, improving their overall experience and results.

Desired Qualifications

Professional Experience: Ideal candidates will have at least 2 years of experience in deploying machine learning services in production, with a strong background in software engineering, preferably in Python or Go.

Technical Skills: You should possess a deep understanding of the latest methods for fine-tuning large language models (LLMs) or similar AI technologies.

Community Engagement: A history of contributing to open-source ML projects or managing ML workloads on Kubernetes clusters will distinguish your application.

Compensation and Benefits
