Job Description

As a Machine Learning Engineer specialized in natural language processing (NLP) at Flash.co, you will play a pivotal role in enhancing our machine learning capabilities to solve unique business challenges. Key Responsibilities

• Research, design, develop, and fine-tune NLP models tailored for Flash.co’s specific needs.
• Select, clean, and transform datasets to train and improve models.
• Perform statistical analyses to refine model accuracy.
• Collaborate with the application team to design tools that visualize data insights for business stakeholders.
• Monitor models, create alerts for anomalies, and maintain the performance integrity of AI solutions.
• Work closely with product managers and other teams to translate business challenges into impactful AI-driven tools and solutions.
• Lead efforts in monitoring, maintaining, and continuously enhancing deployed models to ensure they deliver optimal performance.

Requirements

• Solid experience in deploying and managing machine learning models within production environments.
• Proficiency in Python and familiarity with major machine learning frameworks like TensorFlow or PyTorch.
• Experience with MLOps tools and best practices for maintaining high standards of model performance and reliability.
