Job Role: Machine Learning Engineer

You will engage in integral architectural decisions and the development of our algorithms, particularly focusing on deep neural network algorithms. This role is a blend of traditional ML Scientist and Data Engineer roles, involving:

• Development of new features
• Performance optimization of algorithms
• Deployment of scalable full-stack data analytics and machine learning solutions
• Working collaboratively with our Tech and Ops teams
• Analyzing data and providing actionable insights

Candidate Profile:

Essential Skills:

• Minimum 1-year experience in data science roles
• Excellent coding skills in Python, Scala, or Java
• Advanced knowledge of statistical methods and data mining (e.g., deep neural networks, logistic regression, clustering, time series analysis)
• Hands-on experience with SQL and database management systems
• Strong problem-solving capabilities and statistical analysis proficiency
• Effective communication in English, both written and verbal

Preferred Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in Statistics, Applied Mathematics, Computer Science
• Experience in building performance-centric algorithms in production settings
• Proficient with data visualization tools like Jupyter Notebook, Tableau, etc.
• Experience in digital marketing platforms and user acquisition
• Familiarity with Apache Spark, Node.js, and AWS services
• Comfortable operating in Linux environments
