About the Role

As a Machine Learning Engineer II on our Max Growth Engineering team, you will play a key role in shaping the viewer experience. You will be at the forefront of designing, building, and deploying machine learning products that enhance customer growth and satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

• Research and develop end-to-end ML solutions to improve subscriber watch times and growth.
• Design scalable machine learning systems for production environments.
• Collaborate with Product, Design, Content, and Marketing teams to design solutions that address their needs and challenges.
• Adopt and promote best practices in data science, engineering, and organizational communication.

What We're Looking For:

• At least 3 years of experience in building personalization products.
• Skilled in ML frameworks like TensorFlow, PyTorch, JAX, or Scikit-learn.
• Hands-on experience with implementing ML pipelines and models using Python, Java, Scala, or similar.
• Excellent communication skills and a demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively.
• A self-motivated and growth-oriented individual ready to tackle complex challenges.

We offer a competitive compensation package ranging from $119,700.00 to $222,300.00 per year, complemented by a comprehensive benefits plan including health insurance, a retirement savings plan, paid time off, and more.
