Position Overview

We are excited to offer a unique opportunity this fall for a full-time Machine Learning Engineer Intern - Foundation Models. If you are passionate about leveraging Large Vision Models (LVMs) and foundation models to solve real-world challenges, particularly in autonomous driving, you might be the perfect candidate to join our vibrant team.

Your Role and Responsibilities

As a Machine Learning Engineer Intern, your responsibilities will include:

• Designing deep learning algorithms to utilize large-scale labeled and unlabeled data from our extensive fleet of vehicles.
• Incorporating the latest research in machine learning into production. Focus areas include foundation models, semantic understanding, large language/vision models, and few/zero-shot learning.
• Collaborating with software and algorithm developers to create impactful additions to our products.

Minimum Skill Requirements

To be considered for this internship, you should meet the following requirements:

• PhD in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
• Experience with CNNs/RNNs and LLMs/LVMs.
• Strong programming abilities in Python or C++.
• Familiarity with at least one machine learning framework such as PyTorch, TensorFlow, or MXNet.
• Availability to commit to a full-time internship during fall 2024.
