Your role will entail developing innovative Models as a Service for our prestigious enterprise partners. This includes optimizing LLMs through finetuning, RAG, or other advanced techniques, and taking an end-to-end approach from coordinating operations for ideal dataset quality to productionizing models that exceed customer expectations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Research and deploy advanced techniques in the AI field.
• Customize LLMs and embedding models for specific applications using pre-training and fine-tuning.
• Thoroughly understand and incorporate customer needs into developments.
• Manage large, unstructured data sets effectively.
• Design robust evaluation systems.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with data annotation teams to refine AI models.
• Travel monthly for direct engagements with clients.

Minimum Qualifications:

• At least 2 years of experience in model training, deployment, and maintenance within a production setting.
• Demonstrable expertise in NLP, LLMs, and deep learning techniques.
• Willing and able to travel to client sites in the Middle East region monthly.

Ideal Candidate Profile:

• Proficiency in Arabic, both spoken and written.
• Experience in a startup or proactive, client-facing roles.
• Experience tackling large-scale AI challenges, preferably in generative AI.
• Record of published research in prominent ML journals or at major conferences.
• Advanced programming prowess, particularly with Pytorch, TensorFlow, and related AI tools.
• Excellent communication skills for effective cross-functional collaboration.
