The Advanced Technology Group (ATG) at ServiceNow is a client-focused innovation team producing intelligent software and smart user experiences using the latest advanced technologies. Our goal is to deliver end-to-end, industry-leading work experiences to our clients. We are a group of researchers, applied scientists, engineers, and product managers with a dual mission: to build and evolve the AI platform, as well as partner with other teams to create AI-powered work products and experiences. As well as this, we lay the foundations, conduct research, experiment, and minimize risk in relation to AI technologies that will unlock new work experiences in the future

You will play a significant role in creating AI and Machine Learning (ML) solutions, transforming both the user experience and workflow efficiency of enterprise services. Traditional analytical tools often require a technically proficient user to achieve even the simplest results. But we're adopting a completely new approach, aiming for every user, regardless of technical knowledge, to utilize the AI/ML solutions we develop. Our solutions will allow them to manage services within an enterprise setting thoughtfully and in a scalable manner. We are in the early stages with our pioneer clients, and we need your help to design and make a varied range of solutions available to over 5000 enterprise clients worldwide.

· Design the best cloud-based AI/ML solutions to power intelligent enterprise services.

· Develop machine learning and deep learning (DL) models, conduct experiments for proof of concepts and provide operational solutions in areas like time series forecasting and anomaly detection, generative AI, and more.

· Collaborate daily with a team of developers, applied researchers, product managers, and quality engineers to produce high-quality software.

· Work closely with product teams to understand detailed requirements and take ownership of your code - from design, implementation, testing to delivery of high-quality, scalable solutions to our users.

· Develop innovative patentable ideas that secure this product's competitiveness within the domain of similar industry work.

Qualifications

In order to be successful in this role, you must have:

· A Bachelor's degree and 2+ years of related experience; or an advanced degree without experience; or equivalent work experience.

• Graduating/Graduated between May 2023 - August 2024
• Ability to start on one of three cohort dates:
  • June 17, 2024 | July 8, 2024 | August 19, 2024

· Expertise in Java or Python, object-oriented programming (OOP), Design Patterns, and time and space-efficient algorithms

· Experience in building new products using challenging algorithms

· Proficiency in coding efficient, object-oriented, modular, and quality software

· Familiarity with core AI/ML techniques and algorithms

· Knowledge of unit testing, profiling, and code tuning

· Knowledge of JavaScript and/or Docker is a plus
